Navigating Dreams: The Journey of Chandra Kyles-Founder/CEO

Introduction: 

I’m Chandra Kyles, and for over eight years, I have dedicated my career to serving my community through various social service roles. My path has been one of continuous growth, discovery, and a strong commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those I serve.

 

Early Experience My journey in community service began as a Behavioral Health Technician. This role deepened my understanding of the complexities of human behavior and the importance of mental health support, instilling a strong sense of empathy that has guided me throughout my career. Later, as a Home Health Aide, I provided direct care to individuals in need, fostering meaningful connections and learning firsthand the importance of compassion and personal care in supporting others. These experiences laid a strong foundation for my vision with SBDL Transportation, LLC.

Later in life,while caring for my late father, I discovered the great need for NEMT providers while having to utilize the service. There would be days that he would not have transportation to dialysis due to lack of providers in the area. With this being a essential part of his health the family would physically lift our dad in and out of the vehicle along with his wheelchair.  My father was blessed to have children and grandchildren to assist with his needs. I often wondered how many other elderly people out there needed this assistance and did not have family to help.
